The Eaton Makati rising 48 stories, with 5 star hotel services,
managed by the international hotel chain Holiday Inn. Residential
suites for sale (located on the higher floors), will be fully furnished and fitted deluxe units,
including washer and dryer, using first class materials and
fittings. They will have an advantage over the hotel suites,
as they will have oversized bathrooms with separate bathtub and
shower, fully equipped kitchens, and washer and dryer. Private
